Diversion Indy is a furniture store with a heart for others. We believe in the powerful impact of HOME. We are so grateful for all our volunteers and partners who help us in our mission to not only provide housing for the homeless, but to make those houses into homes.

Lives healed through relationships.

The core value that drives our organization is a deep understanding that lives are healed by the hope grown through relationships. Our vision is to address homelessness one living room at a time. Hopelessness doesn’t occur when we run out of money or resources, it happens when we run out of relationships. Our team is a perfect example of this idea brought to life. Diversion exists because of our relationship with each other and our partners. Alone, it was simply not possible.

Diversion Indy partners with amazing interior designers to sell high-end furniture donated by generous clients to people like you! When you purchase furniture from Diversion, something wonderfully unique regains its proper place of beauty. The proceeds from these sales along with other donated items are then put to good use making sure individuals and families provided housing by the city of Indianapolis have all the necessities to call their new address “home”. The household items made possible by your purchase provide a daily reminder to people who are recapturing their unique place in this world that they are not alone.
